NVQ 3 in Patisserie & Confectionery
I recently completed an NVQ 3 in Patisserie & Confectionery at Gateshead College. It was a great way to spend one evening a week with like-minded patisserie enthusiasts, learning new tecnhiques and improving my skills. Here are a few of my creations across the year.
